Public comments will be accepted on the following proposals through January 28, 2025 with final action to be taken at the February 13 meeting.
The decision before the commission on the administrative rulemaking petitions is whether or not to initiate rulemaking and start the MAPA process with the Secretary of State's office. Public comment should be limited to either "support" or "oppose" the initiation of rulemaking. If the commission votes to initiate rulemaking, the MAPA process will provide the platform for the public comment that will be included in the official record.

Extensive opportunity is provided for public comment on hunting, fishing and trapping regulations. Comments will be limited to the amendment only. Time for comment may be limited at the Chair's discretion.
