Public comments were accepted on the following proposals through January 28, 2025 with final action to be taken at the February 13 meeting.
The decision before the commission on the administrative rulemaking petitions is whether or not to initiate rulemaking and start the MAPA process with the Secretary of State's office. Public comment should be limited to either "support" or "oppose" the initiation of rulemaking. If the commission votes to initiate rulemaking, the MAPA process will provide the platform for the public comment that will be included in the official record.

Public comment is always welcome during the Zoom meeting. Registration to provide public comment via Zoom opened on January 29 and closed at Noon on February 12.
Login information will be emailed to those who registered by Noon on Feb. 12. The login information will be emailed on the morning of the meeting, February 13.
